MAGGI...the universal condiment

Paulette is so correct. MAGGI growing up was never part of any recipe but it was always on the table. It was added to soup. It was added to all entires. It was used instead of salt. Now that I think about it  my mother might have added some to her meatloaf. I am not 100% sure of that though. I use some soy sauce to my meatloaf and if you think about it....it is the same thing. I know that it was a German product so my parents were very comfortable using it and they would never had brought anything Chinese into our house. Not that it was Chinese but because it was not German. It some times is the simply things that can really add to your stories. It is also sometimes the simple things that we tend to forget.
